This was the first book where I discuss the discovery and implementation of force on force in the reactive gunfight context.  It is all here, and it forms the basis of the entire ethos and design of the Suarez Gunfighting System.
The purpose of fighting is to win.  Almost an unnecessary statement but in the firearms discipline, the role of sports and technical shooting has all but taken over the stage.  And the result is that the bloody reality of death by gunfire is forgotten while methods that serve winning at sport shooting become the focus.  Our goal is and has always been to keep the focus on reality, and just like our Jujitsu brothers, take it onto the mat and test it to see if it works.  That is exactly what I have done here.  If you want to win your gunfight when it comes, read this book.
