Preparing Your 911 Statement – Zoom Class

A four hour zoom seminar following up, the Killing Within The Law course teaching you how to present your side of the story.  How to speak to the 911 operator, the first officers on scene and the detectives after a deadly force event is crucial and you cannot afford to wait to have someone speak for you.  Refusing to speak and waiting patiently for your attorney a few days later will not cut it, and insures that you are arrested and charged.  Your use of deadly force was justified and the only way to guide the investigation to your benefit is to tell your story.

We discuss how to self select as a “victim”, micro statements, excited utterances, and using educated articulate speech to present a factual statement about why you had no other option.  As well, how to stop the investigation and interview at any time in a graceful and non-adversarial manner.  After the Deadly Force Decisions Course, this is an essential four hours of your time that will be invaluable when the 911 Operator asks, “What is your emergency”?
